Here are three of the most ridiculous reasons I’ve seen for men breaking up with perfectly good women:
1) not being pretty enough
2) Her mother
3) feeling bored

These are just a few of the ridiculous reasons that a man will leave a woman for. I have left a woman for at least one of these reasons. I usually always regretted it later. These are not really good reasons to leave a girlfriend. They are just excuses, usually due to a fear of commitment.

Writing is an effective way to understand your feelings. If you feel clouded by your thoughts, writing them out can bring clarity. Before breaking up with a girl, first make a list of all the things you like about her or about being with her. Write down everything you can think of.

Now, make another list. This is the list of things that make you crazy. More specifically, this is the list of things that make you say “this is over” every time they happen. An example would be constant nagging.

Do not discount the power of using writing to help you better understand any situation, or solve a problem. Fortune 500 companies use whiteboards in management meetings to brainstorm and solve problems. If it can work for them, it can work for you too. This exercise can help you reflect more clearly. You can even compare the too lists. You will be surprised what you learn using this great exercise.

In the event that you are the one that dumped her, but you now see that it was the incorrect thing to do, you need to start working now to get her back. Finding a suitable girl is not easy at all. If you feel she is the one for you, you need to move fast. 

Now you have to get in touch with her if you are not in touch already. Do not come on full force in the beginning. She will be cautious of your sudden enthusiasm. She will think that you turn on and off too quickly and suddenly. This will make her feel unsafe. Take it slow. Once things get rolling, you will not what the next steps to take are.
