So your relationship has come to an end. You and your signficant other broke up. You are probably asking yourself, “What’s Next? .

Firstly, determine the cause for the breakup. By doing this, you are making sure you do not want the relationship to end that way again. After all, people who are not able to recognize the flaws of their own personal history are destined to repeat it.

The next step is to confirm that your ex and you stop putting blame on each other and take responsibility for the end of the relationship. While this maybe tough, particularly since it may not only be your fault, it is important you be an adult about  your breakup.
